Nutritional "Look Alikes"!!

Ever hear of "Health Food Nut"? Well that used to be my "Tag" a number of years ago.
Ridicule often predates education. Then gradually you began to see article after article
in recognized publications with a positive spin. Now it was beginning to be hip to read
such articles. They were presenting nutritional information out as informative, Logical
and what is more Respectable. Now that those in the Know were promoting it it became
accepted and acted upon. Before you knew it many began to pay attention to their poss-
ible defeciencies in basic minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients. There were many ways
to Upgrade ones immune system, so as to not fall prey to the next virus. This is just the
First stage in the Nutritional Saga.
